Corinne M. Bahner
Corinne is an Associate in our Northern Virginia office. Her practice is focused on defending employers and carriers against workers’ compensation claims in Virginia.
Corinne gained her interest in workers’ compensation law as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Mary Grace O’Brien of the Virginia Court of Appeals. In that capacity, she reviewed cases on appeal to the Court of Appeals from the Workers’ Compensation Commission. Prior to her clerkship, Corinne obtained significant litigation experience as an Assistant District Attorney for the City of Philadelphia.
Corinne earned her undergraduate degree from the George Washington University and her law degree from the George Mason University School of Law. During her third year of law school, Corinne taught legal research, writing, and analysis to first-year law students. She also served on the board of the George Mason Law Review, which selected her Comment on false advertising law for publication.
