Legal Secretary – Richmond, Virginia
Ford Richardson is looking for a full-time legal secretary with 3-5 years’ experience in Workers Compensation law.
We seek someone who is dynamic, smart and a self-starter.
Candidate should be proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Outlook, Excel and Document Management Systems.
You will possess strong interpersonal, written and oral skills, have the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
The ability to work independently as well as with a team is essential.
Our office is expanding quickly so experience, as well as being a good fit, is very important.
Some of the duties will include opening and organizing files and running conflict checks.
Maintain attorney calendars, submit all their client and firm related expenses, transcription from dictation, and general administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, answering phones and processing mail.
This is a full-time position including benefits.
